This is my first canvas from this company and my last. I’m so disappointed. The drills are filled with trash, misshaped and discolored. It is a shame because I loved the image.
I am so sorry to hear that you had a poor experience trying a canvas from us! Drill quality and color can vary by dye lot and although we always strive to have consistent, and top quality, some batches of drills just slip through and still have problems.
This is why we have a drill replacement gaurantee and we will always make it right and send you replacement drills if you find yourself short - whether its from simply not having enough to complete the image or there are too many bad ones in your specific batch, all you have to do is reach out and ask! (:
Love the colors and the details
I was only the fence with this one, but after seeing it in person I know that getting it was the right decision. I love the colors, the special drills, the subject matter, and the quality looks great. The canvas had a couple of spots where the cover may have shifted, but I think the two creases will lie flat as I work on it. I plan to work on this in the Spring and will definately post more pics/vids when completed!
I had bought the previous version but I really like this latest version better. The upgrades are amazing. The canvas is superb in quality.
Love, love, love this kit! Amazing quality on all materials which come together for such a lovely finish. Highly recommend this!
