Ordering

When do items restock?

We add inventory to the website sporadically throughout the week as new shipments arrive and when we have a batch of items ready. Unless an item is marked with a "discontinued" tag, then we do have plans to restock it eventually.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, you may sign up for the waitlist and place an order for custom made items in the color(s) of your choice when it is your turn.

You can check your place in line by returning to the listings while logged in.

Once your turn is up to order you will receive an invite email and have 1 month to place your order before we deactivate your access.

How can I get assistance if I need it?

You can send us a message any time via the chat window on the bottom right of the website. We will respond and help you as soon as we can. If you need to leave the chat window at any time our response will be emailed to you. You can also email us at munimadeshop@gmail.com. Any requests through social media are likely to be missed so please keep all customer service inquiries to these two methods.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please message us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once we ship it, it is out of our hands and you will have to return your item if you want a refund.

Why was my order cancelled without my request to do so?

There are a few reasons we might decide to cancel your order.

  • The payment is flagged as fraudulent.
  • An Add-on was purchased without the original item.
  • We have reasons to believe you are purchasing items for the purpose of reselling.
  • Abusive and/or threatening behavior has resulted in a ban from shopping with us.

International

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 180+ different countries and offer DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping labels. This means that all of your taxes and duties for international import are calculated and paid at the time of ordering and you will not be asked for additional import fees when your package is delivered. 

Will there be customs fees charged for international orders?

Yes, they will be calculated and charged to you at the time of checkout to prevent any surprise bills and taxes you were not expecting.

Shipping & Returns

What shipping methods are available?

Currently we use USPS, UPS, and DHL (international only) to ship orders. You can view the options specific to your address and pricing at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you would like to initiate a return or exchange. If there is a problem with your item (broken or does not work as described) we have a 90 replacement warranty if the item breaks (with the exception of inappropriate and harsh handling by the user, resulting in damage). Just contact us if you ever have any issues and we strive to make it right! (:

How can I get FREE shipping?

Orders that are $150 or more in the US qualify for for free shipping. Simply select Standard Free Shipping at checkout to take off the shipping charge. We will ship your package using whatever shipping courier has the cheapest rate. You can also get free shipping using your Munipoints!

PLEASE NOTE: You must reach $150 in a single order (multiple orders that add up to $150 do not qualify).

Can multiple orders be combined into one and save me shipping charges?

Yes, multiple open orders that are ready to ship and going to the same address and recipient are combined and refunded automatically.

If you have multiple open orders that include something that is made to order, those will only be combined when requested - otherwise we will send out your ready to ship order.

Collaborations

Do you send out free product in exchange for review?

On occasion we do enjoy collaborating with influencers and reviewers within the diamond painting community. We are a small business and our capacity to do so is very limited. If you think you and your platform might be a good fit for showing off our product and would be interested in receiving a PR package - please fill out this form.

Do you sponsor 'Events'?

Yes - but on a very limited basis. It has to make sense and be a good fit for everyone involved. If you believe your event would be a good opportunity for us to get involved, please fill out this form.
