How can I get FREE shipping?
Orders that are $150 or more in the US qualify for for free shipping. Simply select Standard Free Shipping at checkout to take off the shipping charge. We will ship your package using whatever shipping courier has the cheapest rate. You can also get free shipping using your Munipoints!
PLEASE NOTE: You must reach $150 in a single order (multiple orders that add up to $150 do not qualify).
Can multiple orders be combined into one and save me shipping charges?
Multiple orders placed that are ready to ship are combined into the same box and shipped to you automatically.
When will my order ship?
We currently ship ready to ship items out on a weekly basis, so if you purchase a ready to ship item it should be sent on it's way within days. There are some occasions where it could take up to 10 business days to ship to you so allow us enough time please if you are ordering and need it by a certain day.
Premium tool kits purchased with diamond paintings are made to order and will take up to one month to ship.
Custom orders take longer since they are made to order and we let you choose from all of our colors of filaments we carry. These can take up to one month to ship, give or take, depending on the availability of your colors and complexity of personalizations.
What shipping methods are available?
Domestic US Orders: USPS, UPSInternational Orders: UPS, DHLIf you qualify for free shipping we will ship your package with the cheapest rate available to us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 180+ different countries and offer DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping labels. This means that all of your taxes and duties for international import are calculated and paid at the time of ordering and you will not be asked for additional import fees when your package is delivered.
