Please join the waitlist, and when it is your turn you will be emailed that you are now eligible to place an order. It works like a queue and when you get close to #1 you are next to receive an invite! You can check your spot in line at any time by logging in and coming back to this listing. Once you have been invited you will have 1 month to make a purchase before your turn expires. The max amount of items you can order at one time is FIVE ITEMS.

Custom orders are made to order, just for you. Anything you order via this listing is MADE TO ORDER and can take up to one month to be completed depending on colors, availability, and personalizations.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER
1) Select your Size (Small, or Large)
2) Select your Color Type. This will effect the pricing, ranging from our cheapest colors (Solids), to our most expensive colors (Gradients & Magic Colors)
3) Select your Item (Tray Only, Tray w/ Lid & Stopper)
4) Type the name of the color you want. Example - "Unicorn, Pink Preference" - making sure that you are paying for the correct color tier, in this case that is a Specialty Gradient color. You can view our list of available colors at the top of this page.
5) Check the box if you would like your tray personalized for $10 (Special Gradient Colors are only eligible to be personalized if you do not have a color preference) 
 -- If yes, please type your personalization in the text box EXACTLY how you would like it on the side of the tray. Example - "Emily (butterfly)" - where the butterfly in parenthesis is understood as a symbol.
-- Type in your secondary color name
6) We will contact you via email if we need to clarify anything, please respond within 1 week or we might have to cancel your order. Some colors of filament may go unavailable from our suppliers from time to time so if this is the case and we cannot complete your order we will contact you for another color choice.

GRADIENT COLOR PREFERENCES:  If you include a color preference when ordering gradient colors please know we cannot control the filament precisely. We load the spool on and see what comes out. We will print a few trays and send you the one that most fits your wishes but just know that the gradients can vary, widely!
