We have a waitlist, and when it is your turn you will be emailed that you are now eligible to place an order. The max amount of items you can order at one time is FIVE ITEMS, and if you try to order more than this, some of your items will be cancelled.

Custom orders are made to order, just for you. Anything you order via this listing is MADE TO ORDER and can take up to 4 weeks to be completed depending on colors, availability, and name personalizations. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER
1) Select your Size (Small, or Large)
2) Select your Color Type. This will effect the pricing, ranging from our cheapest colors (Solids), to our most expensive colors (Gradients & Magic Colors)
3) Select your Item (Tray Only, Completed Set with Lid & Stopper, or Diamond Top Trash Can)
4) Type the name of the color you want. Example - "Peacock, Green Preference - making sure that you are paying for the correct color tier, in this case that is a Specialty Gradient color.
5) Check the box if you would like your tray personalized for $7 (Special Gradient Colors are only eligible to be personalized if you would like a surprise color variant, and Trash Cans cannot be personalized)
 -- If yes, please type your personalization in the text box below EXACTLY how you would like it on the side of the tray. Example - "Emily (butterfly)" - where the butterfly in parenthesis is understood as a symbol.
6) We will contact you via email if we need to clarify anything, please respond within 1 week or we might have to cancel your order. Some colors of filament may go unavailable from our suppliers from time to time so if this is the case and we cannot complete your order we will contact you for another color choice.

GRADIENT COLOR PREFERENCES:  If you include a color preference when ordering gradient colors please know we cannot control the filament precisely. We load the spool on and see what comes out. We will print a few trays and send you the one that most fits your wishes but just know that the gradients can vary, widely!

Outside of custom orders we restock random colors of our items throughout the week that are ready to ship. Custom orders cost a little more than our Ready to Ship items due to our extra time and commitment to organizing and creating items for your order.
