PERSONALIZATION IDEAS

Please join the waitlist, and when it is your turn you will be emailed that you are now eligible to place an order. It works like a queue and when you get close to #1 you are next to receive an invite! You can check your spot in line at any time by logging in and coming back to this listing. Once you have been invited you will have 1 month to make a purchase before your turn expires. The max amount of items you can order at one time is FIVE ITEMS.

Anything you order via this listing is MADE TO ORDER and can take up to one month to be completed depending on colors, availability, and personalizations.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER
1) Select your Size (Small, or Large)
2) Select your Color Type for your base color. This will affect the pricing, ranging from our cheapest colors (Solids), to our most expensive colors (Gradients & Magic Colors)
3) Select your Item (Tray Only, Tray w/ Lid & Stopper). We only print gradient colors with lids and stoppers to get the best color variation possible. A tray by itself often times does not have enough color change. 
4) Type the name of your Base Color. Example - "Pixie Dust" - making sure that you are paying for the correct color tier, in this case that is Sparkly color. You can view our list of available colors at the top of this page.
5) Type the name of your Secondary Color. If you are unsure, we can choose for you, or white is always a good option. You can view a list of ideas here.
6) Enter your Text for the side of the tray. Please type your personalization in the text box EXACTLY how you would like it on the side of the tray. Example - "Emily (butterfly)" - where the butterfly in parenthesis is understood as a symbol.
7) Enter any Special Requests you have and we will do our best to make it happen. We do not offer any customization of lids at this time.  
8) We will contact you via email if there is anything about your order needing clarification. Please respond within 1 week or we might have to cancel your order. Some colors of filament may go unavailable from our suppliers from time to time so if this is the case and we cannot complete your order we will contact you for another color choice.

- Colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting differences in the pictures, inconsistency in filament spools, and/or changes in manufacturers of the filament we use.
- PLEASE NOTE: This item is 3D printed and there could potentially be small imperfections, however we do our very best to make our products as perfect as possible. We reserve our very highest quality items for custom orders.
