Ordering

How can I purchase Diamond Painting Trays?

These are our most popular items and sell out incredibly quickly due to their popularity.

Option #1 - We restock our shop with new ready to ship trays sporadically through the week. We post on Twitter/X as well as Facebook when something new has been posted. You can either follow us there for alerts, or sign up for "back in stock" email alerts on the listings. Please have your payment info already ready and saved so that you can checkout quickly and not lose the items you want!

Option #2 - You can order a pre-designated matched tray with the purchase of any of our diamond painting kits by purchasing a 'Premium Tool Kit' . These are made to order and will prolong your shipping time.

Option #3 - Additionally we accept made to order custom orders. The wait is long, but you are guaranteed a stress free shopping turn. We have a waiting list you can join and when it is your turn to place an order you will have the opportunity to custom order up to 5 trays and/or mini trash cans. No payment is due until it is your turn.

When do items restock?

We add inventory to our website sporadically through the week as we have shipments arrive and get collections of trays ready. Not everything will be restocked each week but we do our best to prepare a nice variety of things for you as often as we can. (:

Will {insert name} diamond painting be restocked?

As long as there is not a 'Discontinued' tag on the listing, then we intend to restock more of that diamond painting kit. Sign up for a back in stock email alert on the listing to be notified when more stock arrives!

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, you may sign up for the waitlist and place an order for custom made to order trays and mini trash cans when it is your turn.

You can check your place in line by returning to the listing while logged in.

Once your turn is up to order you will receive an invite email and have 1 month to place your order before we deactivate your access.

How can I get assistance if I need it?

You can send us a message any time via the chat window on the bottom right of the website. We will respond and help you as soon as we can. If you need to leave the chat window at any time our response will be emailed to you. You can also email us at munimadeshop@gmail.com. Any requests through social media are likely to be missed so please keep all customer service inquiries to these two methods.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please message us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once we ship it, it is out of our hands and you will have to return your item if you want a refund.

Why was my order cancelled without my request to do so?

There are a few reasons we might decide to cancel your order.
  • The payment is flagged as fraudulent.
  • An Add-on was purchased without the original item.
  • We have reasons to believe you are purchasing items for the purpose of reselling.
  • Abusive and/or threatening behavior has resulted in a ban from shopping with us.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept most major credit cards, Shop pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal. You can sign up for a payment plan via Shop Pay for orders over $50.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, but only in locations that we are required to by government law.

For international customers, we do not collect VAT on your orders and you may be responsible for paying it once your package has processed through customs in your country. Please check your individual country's laws.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, orders over $50 are eligible for payment plans through Shop Pay.

Can I pre-save my payment info so I can checkout faster?

We know some of our items sell quick, so if there is something you realllllyyyy want you can pre-save your payment info via your PayPal account or Shop Pay for a speedy checkout.

Will there be customs fees charged for international orders?

Most countries outside of the US require customs processing fees and/or taxes to be paid to the shipping courier upon delivery of your package.

We don't have anything to do with this process and once we have delivered your order to the shipping courier and purchased a shipping label, it is out of our hands. Please research your specific country's laws before purchasing so there aren't any surprises for you.

Shipping & Returns

How can I get FREE shipping?

Orders that are $150 or more in the US qualify for for free shipping. Simply select Standard Free Shipping at checkout to take off the shipping charge. We will ship your package using whatever shipping courier has the cheapest rate. You can also get free shipping using your Munipoints!

PLEASE NOTE: You must reach $150 in a single order (multiple orders that add up to $150 do not qualify).

Can multiple orders be combined into one and save me shipping charges?

Multiple orders placed that are ready to ship are combined into the same box and shipped to you automatically.

Shipping overage refunds can be given upon request. We will only refund shipping for orders that have not yet shipped , and you must place a single order of $150 or more (in the US) to qualify for free shipping.

When will my order ship?

We currently ship ready to go orders out on a weekly basis, so if you purchase a ready to ship item it should be sent on it's way within days. There are some occasions where it could take up to 10 business days to ship to you so allow us enough time please if you are ordering and need it by a certain day.

Premium tool kits purchased with diamond paintings are made to order and will take 2-20 business days to ship.

Custom orders take longer since they are made to order and we let you choose from all of our colors of filaments we carry. These can take up to a month to ship, give or take, depending on the availability of your colors and any name personalizations.

What shipping methods are available?

You can choose between USPS and UPS Shipping at checkout. Smaller, lightweight packages will have a 'Ground Advantage' USPS option at checkout which is the cheapest rate available. Heavier and larger packages will be cheaper to ship with UPS.

If you qualify for free shipping we will ship your package with the cheapest rate available to us.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you would like to initiate a return or exchange. If there is a problem with your item (broken or does not work as described) we have a 90 replacement warranty if the item breaks (with the exception of inappropriate and harsh handling by the user, resulting in damage). Just contact us if you ever have any issues and we strive to make it right! (:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship worldwide and have a maximum international shipping cost set to $65.
